Founder & CEO
Dave Des Rochers is the founder and CEO 1st & Goal Project. He has been instrumental in the development of Career Transition programs that help people find career happiness and success based on their unique characteristics, capabilities, and types of things they like to do. After retiring as a professional football player with the Seattle Seahawks, Dave had to reinvent himself in a new career. He spent a couple of years as a professional actor appearing in TV shows and movies before spending more than 20 very successful years providing wealth management advice to hundreds of investors and families. He joined PATH2HappiSuccess in 2017 and left the company in 2022 to start the 1st & Goal Project. “After many years as a professional athlete and coach, I founded the 1st & Goal Project to help others find their game plan to pursue their true career calling and a life of happiness and success. It gives me great joy to see people discover new careers that are truly the best fit for them.”
Tim Garrett

As a strategic, entrepreneurial-minded executive, Tim successfully provided overall leadership in all facets of business. Currently, he works with small business leaders to achieve strong growth goals while freeing themselves from the burdens of the business, so that they can see and realize their full professional and personal potential through coaching and the EOS process by Gino Wickman. His experience includes a partnership in launching an active apparel line, implementing a marketing roadmap to capture significant market share within the wireless mobile phone space, and building and selling a cutting-edge action sports advertising/marketing agency. He has a strong passion and understanding of brand building & lifestyle marketing with deep roots in the action sports and outdoor industries. He inspires success and creates solutions while being willing to take risks in order to build world-class teams.
