Our objective is to help individuals in transition to achieve the position of 1st & Goal by providing training, certification, education, and mentoring (coaching) to position them to succeed. The 1st & Goal Project Inc. (1st & Goal) is a non-profit 501(c)3 that will train, educate, certify, and mentor those with barriers to ultimately get them placed in a job at no cost to the participant that qualifies.

Online Training

Our objective at 1st & Goal is to help you succeed by providing the tools and knowledge you need to get you across the finish line. Below are our first two programs, but we encourage you to keep coming back or to sign up to receive updates when we add new programs that will be taught through our various mentors and industry specialists. Upon completion of our programs we will assist anyone who wants to find a job utilizing our relationships with staffing companies at no cost to you. A win-win!

Manufacturing And Safety OSHA Training

By taking OSHA certificate course, which is applicable to any workplace setting such as Healthcare, factory, warehouse, retail, and manufacturing, potential employers can benefit from your health and safety knowledge will place you in a great possition to be hired. Upon completion of the online curriculum you will be eligible to receive an official OSHA 10 Certification of Completion card for free (a $299 value), showing you have completed the training.
